I’ve been facing a complete broadband outage from Airtel for the last 5 days, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I tried registering a complaint through the Airtel Thanks app, but it didn’t work. I also contacted their customer support multiple times, and each time they gave a different timeline for the issue to be resolved — none of which were met.
This kind of poor service and lack of clear communication is unacceptable. I’m planning to switch to another broadband provider and will also encourage my friends, family, and neighbors to do the same. Airtel seriously needs to improve its customer support and reliability.
