After an assurance was given that the train tickets would get confirmed...we were left hanging the entire day with no response nor any confirmation...we had the hotels booked as well...and now on the day...Mr.Danish did not respond to calls, and calls in at 8 pm stating that the tickets won't get confirmed...he showed no empathy at, with no sense of understanding that there are children travelling... And when the tickets were booked he took an advance and ...When we tried to get our plans reorganized, he just rudely said what can I do and gave us no ethical options....Disappointed!!
