Bizfoc does deliver the promised services, so credit to them for execution. However, the post-payment experience has been quite unprofessional and disheartening. Communication and follow-ups are very active before payment, but responsiveness reduces significantly afterwards. We hope they improve their customer support and post-sales communication process.
