I originally wanted to file for Grant of Letter of Administration by myself and realized that it is very tedious. From getting ready few different applications and affidavit, to going to lawyers to get signatures for a true certified copy or getting affirmed by Commissioner for Oaths, getting replies from banks (require Schedule of Assets from individual banks) and to going to Lawnet & CrimsonLogic Service Bureau just to file in all those applications. All of these are time consuming hence I decided to engage a lawyer to file for me instead.

I engaged Bonsai Law to apply for Grant of Letter of Administration for Muslim deceased estate. They were transparent in their prices and what you may need is all written on their website. The prices were very reasonable and they even explained how much each application, filing and other process costs and its even cheaper than other law firms. Shen Han and Danielle are more than happy to explain the process of how it all works and how long it will all roughly take.

Within less than 2 months, I have already received my Grant of Letter of Administration. I didn't think that the process of getting Grant of Letter of Administration would be streamline and made so straightforward and hassle-free experience for me. I only went their office 3 times. First time to engage their service and understand the whole process and the other 2 times just to get affirmed in front of Commissioner of Oath. It was easy to schedule meetings with them as they are flexible with their timings and will try their best to meet up according to the preferential schedule.
