I paid and booked the card yesterday morning. Loaded all the documents but unfortunately my air ticket was not able to upload which I did today morning from morning have been calling them they only say apologize for the delay. And they said by today I will get my card not able to track anything. A 10 rupee item order we are able to track online but unfortunately not able to track Forex card. When I told customer service guy said if are traveling tomorrow then I will cancel and arrange for repayment.... has somebody said to save few rupees got struck with these guys, MakeMyTrip for a bus booking they give us so many messages email etc, but for Forex card they don't have a tracking system. Very bad service
