I only asked, why you’re giving me that favour. He said, THAT IS GOOD TO PROVIDED THE BEST SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS. Yes, they replaced my QC II with QC Ultra. Isn’t that awesome? Thank you Bose India and the person who’s on the call, he’s a gem. 😇❤️

I called the service centre because the right ear bud of my Bose quiet comfort wasn’t working or charging. Mr Rohit asked me to share the photos of the ear buds. He immediately guided me over the phone and the issue was resolved within 5 mins. He was very patient and polite. Explained the process step by step in a very simple language. Saved me from travelling to Delhi from Jaipur just to fix the ear buds. Really grateful to Mr Rohit for his help.

Service staff works really well. I had a problem with my noise buds and within 2 days they replaced it. They are polite and most importantly they listen very calmly the situation then take any action on it. Fully satisfied with the service.

I had a fantastic experience with Servify Delhi and want to sincerely appreciate Mr. Manish, the Service Manager, for his outstanding support. I was facing a red light blinking issue with my Bose headphones, and Mr. Manish handled everything over the phone with great professionalism and clarity.

He not only explained the root cause of the issue but also guided me through the entire software update process on my Mac. His step-by-step instructions and patient troubleshooting resolved the issue in just 15 minutes. Thanks to him, my headphones are now working perfectly.

It’s rare to come across such knowledgeable and helpful service staff. Mr. Manish truly represents the best of what Servify stands for. I’m extremely satisfied with the service and thankful for his guidance and support. Keep up the great work!
