I don't come from a business background, so when I first started my company back in 2016, I didn't understand the importance of getting proper Corp Sec & Accounting done other than simply getting the company set up and recording financials in a simple excel sheet. So I went with the cheapest option I could find online just to save money.
As with running any company, it came to a point down the road that our business financials were clearly no longer accurate & we have no idea how all the paperwork should be done properly. It was stressful because it is not what we are trained to do, plus we had to continue running every other aspect of the business.
It was not until we met the team, that we realize we were doing everything wrong. And all of these can result in serious issues in the long run for our company. We really want to thank them for helping us sort all of the mess (ensuring we are running in accordance of the Company Act and making the numbers accurate). They have been very professional, sincere and patient with helping us understand what we need to know as business owners, allowing us to focus on running our business.
Our numbers are now up to date and it makes business decisions a lot easier as well. And thank you for the efficient work with friends we have recommended! Biggest lesson here for us as a young company is to run lean, but it is not to save on things that need to be done professionally! Saves us so much time and cost.
