My review is specific to the online form and telephone hotline. 1: Wrote into online form and got no response. 2: Telephone line is the type now prefered by government and big companies, alot of automated talking about useless things and have to wait for 6 min to connect to a person to talk about what is relevant in a 4 minute call. So while I do understand there should be many people calling for fun (instead of reading online info.), and the authority hopes to save their time and man hours and waste time of those calling to discourage them, there are also cases where the information is not listed online, so there is a need to call. So probably try to keep the talking about irrelevant stuff to at max 2 minutes, so that can get through quicker.

Feel very disappointed and dissatisfied..my motor accident rdy..i cannot ride properly also because my motor parts all damage rdy..i ask the custom police to help me to allow the auto counter..i m already told to him i m accident rdy..but tat useless guy keep on asking me(where ur motor got accident, no also) mata problem nope..such bad behaviour..very rude..dont know how to react with people that who need help..feel very disappointed..if this same thing happened to ur family members..u still keep on asking the same question..very rude and very bad behaviour.

I had no idea whether the staff are hungry or not enough or even in menstruation period. Always showing faces of in debt 100billion 🌚
Hopefully may have some improvements of the staff training. Visitors also queuing for few hours also people will feeling tired and can still the emotional of human beings 🙄

Absolutely poor reviews. Staff arbitrarily merged lines and gave others "priority" without any explanation. Passport check was super slow. No extra counters were set up. Spending two to three hours standing in customs with luggage in tow. What a super bad impression of Singapore.

Foe years, staffs in airport Bad attitude. Why Singapore government cannot improve by educating their staffs and enhance knowledge. Sometimes the bad attitude makes us feel like not to come back to Singapore again even just for business trip.
