No doubt that InCorp served our company the high quality service last few year. Yet, since last year, we had the most terrible experience that we DO NOT receive any feedback and response from their secretarial team even we kept sending email to them weekly. Even if you escalated to the director of the BU, yes still the same. Huh.

I'm beyond impressed by how responsive and timely taxation team members Eileen and Joyce were to my needs.

I had an urgent request for tax filing on 1 March 2024, with only 1 day to turnaround. Despite this, Eileen and Joyce sprung into action without hesitation, calling me immediately to understand my requirements and helped me to troubleshoot issues to fulfill my request.

One example of an issue faced was that IRAS had yet to email me the tax authorization code, so they couldn't file taxes on my behalf. When Eileen and Joyce realized that, instead of merely emailing me to reject my request or telling me that it cannot be done, they called me immediately to brainstorm together and told me that they were willing to call me after working hours (up to 12 midnight), and share screen with me so that they can guide me step-by-step without the tax authorization code. They also called me throughout the day to expedite tax calculations in order to prepare them for the tax filing itself.

As a customer, I felt that my needs were taken care of without hesitation. I'm touched by their dedication and customer centeredness. Thanks to them, I had a pleasant experience in a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend Incorp to a friend.
