This firm needs to learn how to respond to their clients first, cause they dont have enough time to pick the call, even after multiple followups, no replies and no call backs. Their customer care number doesnt work, no replies on mail too.

I had a very bad experience with Jha Associates. They took an advance payment but never completed the work. Every time I called, they would just reply with a message like "Call you later," but I never actually received a call back. I even emailed them regarding a refund since they didn’t complete the job, but there has been no response.

Not recommended. Be cautious before paying any advance!

Just took the advance, and no work has been done till date. No replies to messges, phone calls. Such an unprofessional firm i've ever worked with. Please think before handing them the advance amount.
