HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST. STAFF KEPT ME WAITING FOR 2 HOURS FOR A SIMPLE ULTRASOUND BECAUSE THE RECEPTIONIST (SHABNAM) COULDN'T REMEMBER TO NOTE DOWN NAMES.
ON TOP OF EVERYTHING WHEN ASKED, WHY AM THE LAST PERSON ON THE LIST DESPITE BEING THERE 2 HOURS EARLY AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVING GONE BEFORE ME WHO ARRIVED LATER... THE RECEPTIONIST BLATANTLY SAYS- I DONT KNOW WHY YOU ARE LAST. BUT YOU ARE.
