Frustrated over the after sales service - COA was not properly setup, no communication over data migration as they just send out a google spreadsheet expecting us to know what is it for? Reports layout was not properly done, ask for alignment to be done properly on the report and was told this need to be customized and we need to fork out addtional cost!!!! It has been almost 6mths, and we still have not gone live. Truly regret signing up this software.
