I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism exhibited by this firm. Despite reaching out over a month ago with detailed queries, I received no response until the eleventh hour, only to be informed via email that they are unable to assist—without any explanation whatsoever. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when the advance tax deadline is looming.
Their lack of communication has left me in a terrible position, forcing me to scramble to find another consulting firm at the last minute. This delay and disregard for urgency have caused immense stress and wasted valuable time.
Avoid this firm if you value timely and competent assistance.
