I purchased a compliance package from Ofin Legal for Nexory Advanced Systems Private Limited. My experience with their responsiveness and handling of urgent requirements has been disappointing.
I repeatedly requested our FY 2025–26 ITR and financial statements because they were urgently needed for an ongoing application. I explained that urgency clearly, but the response about filing before the statutory due date did not address my immediate requirement.
I escalated the matter yesterday and followed up again today. WhatsApp confirms delivery to Rohit and other team members, and today’s message was read by two team accounts. At the time of writing, I have still not received a response from Rohit or a firm completion time.
Had the limitations on accommodating urgent requests been clearly explained before purchase, I would have chosen a local CA. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to businesses needing responsive support and clear delivery commitments.
I will update this review if the pending work is completed and the issue is resolved.
