This firm displayed extreme unprofessional behaviour in the filing of my income tax return. One doesn't expect a qualified CA to make such a rookie mistake. I had trusted the firm to aid me effectively in the timely filing of my ITR however an error on their part(choice of wrong tax regime in the original return), which I as a layman couldn't have noticed myself, has cost me thousands in penalties and loss. Please don't trust this firm, they do not care about their customers and their circumstances.
