Totally unprofessional and disorganized. They went completely silent right before key deadlines - no replies, no updates. Then reappeared after the deadlines acting like everything was normal. Essays were returned with “final” written on them, despite basic mistakes being left unchecked. If it weren’t for our amazing school counselor, our child might not have gotten into any school. Only the initial brainstorming session was useful; everything else fell apart. Avoid them if you can. If you're stuck, demand a clear schedule to prevent them from disappearing on you when it matters most.
