Incredibly unhelpful, holding your company hostage and refusing to do even basic things that nominee directors are supposed to do. Basic signing of documents will cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars (for 1 signature), will take weeks to complete, and if you ask for a refund they will drag their feet and harass you via SMS, phone and email (yes, all 3) for upselling rather than actually refunding. They don't care about you, they only care about their KPI. I've moved on to another service, so much easier (and cheaper, too!). Obviously they charged me $500 for letting me go, too, and still haven't refunded the deposits, or the money for the services not rendered.
