Review Time
I had a very pleasant experience with the staff who helped me at Counter 1 today (at around 1.15pm afternoon). It was my first time sending mail so I took quite long and needed him to explain each step to me, but he was very patient and friendly, and would wait for me to catch up before moving onto the next step. I am very grateful to have been served by him!
Do not give in and buy their insurance when coming to collect your passport. Was here before some years ago and now my sister was targeted when she wanted to collect her passport. She was sick and vulnerable and obviously was not in the best state of mind to make a decision like this. They forced her into a room to buy their scam insurance while waiting to collect her passport. Told my other brother that was accompanying her to wait outside. What kind of extortion is this! Outrageous! 😡🤬😤 Preying on the weak and vulnerable like that.

I opted to collect to my passport here. Arrived about 11.15am.
When I entered, I went straight to collect my Q-tix. The lady staff on duty was occupied with another customer. I went ahead to help myself and when the Q number was reflected on the screen, I was expecting a paper Q number. The staff immediately said “Sent to you phone!” quite curtly if I may add. I turned to her and greeted her ‘Good Morning’ instead of the other way around!! 😆
I checked my phone and no message was received. Well, good thing I remembered the Q number and when it was my turn, I was served by a polite and courteous elderly gentleman at Counter 4.
On a separate grading, I would hv given him a 5-Star.
It wasnt very busy at that time, she could have checked that I did receive message instead of going back to her phone; this staff seemed more preoccupied with her phone.

Unfortunately, many essential postal services appear to be missing as the office is undergoing renovation. Postal delivery rates have also become very expensive as of late.
I had a pleasant experience with the Malay staff member at Counter 3 around 12pm on 16 June 2025. It was my first time sending a parcel and I wasn’t familiar with the online system but she was patient and friendly and guided me through each step. She was also the only one who greeted me with a smile which I truly appreciated.
When I arrived, no one approached me or offered assistance so I worked out for myself that I needed to take a queue number online. While that part could be improved, I’m grateful for the kind and professional service I received when it was my turn.
Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name but please pass on my thanks and keep up the good work!
