Very Very bad experience, they have taken our TV for a minor part change and 15 days till today, have not returned, even they are not picking up our phone. God knows they will return or not.

Review for Sony Authorized Service Centre (Immortal Innovation Services Pvt Ltd), New Delhi

I recently visited the Sony Authorized Service Centre (Immortal Innovation Services Pvt Ltd), located at A76/B15, Ground Floor Kanti Nagar, opposite Metro Pillar No 108, New Delhi, and my experience was extremely disappointing.

The employees exhibited highly unprofessional and rude behavior. Instead of addressing my concerns, they were dismissive and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Additionally, the service was unnecessarily delayed with no proper explanation provided, leaving me waiting much longer than expected. It was clear that they lacked both efficiency and customer care.

To make matters worse, the staff did not seem knowledgeable about Sony’s own service policies. When I asked about certain procedures, they either gave incorrect information or were completely clueless. For a Sony-authorized service center, I expected much better service and expertise.

This kind of experience reflects poorly on Sony’s brand. I hope management takes necessary action to train the staff properly and improve the overall service experience.

Very good experience. Worth the two month pay-and-wait! They got us a good deal from Sony and provided very good home service. Their backend personnel handled queries and payment issues quite well. The installation team was professional and competent.

I had visited the service centre for getting the ear cushions replaced of my WH-CH720N headphones. First they ordered the new pair of ear cushions which took 3 days for them to get to the service centre. The good part was that they didn’t keep my headphones for this time interval. It was a smooth process. My headphones look brand new now after the cushions were changed. Total cost of the repair/replace was 1487 which included 1020 rupees of cushions, 240 of service charges and 226 of GST. Overall a satisfactory experience.
