Super CA

Had the worst experience ever! Didn't even complete the work and if youll ask for refund theyll pay only 50%. They wasted 2 months still not able to get me a gst. If you call them they won't answer!

It was my biggest mistake to find online assistance for getting a GST number. Super CA shows up as the first result in Google search. Initially contacted them in Jan 2023. Paid them Rs 2500. A CA named Harsh Pal initially kept in touch and collected all documents. After that he stopped taking my calls and messages. They formed a Whatsapp group for my firm and asked me to submit all the documents there as attachment. They never guided me properly. In India, you cannot get GST without bribing the Tax Officer. They didn't even tell me that the Tax Officer would visit. A GST inspector came to my office, first made sure there were no cameras, touched me inappropriately multiple times and then asked me if my CA told me about the inspector fee. I said I have no idea and that I had paid Rs 2500 in total. I had no idea about the bribe. The next day he rejected my application. Asked me to go visit him personally in the court complex in his office and that he would make me talk to the Excise Officer. I refused and told them my CA would answer the notice. When I contacted Super CA, Harsh Pal's senior told me that she has answered the notice but it was rejected again. There was a clear clash between what Super CA was telling me and what the GST inspector was stating. They never apologized or offered me any refund and I wasted 3 months, went through immense stress and shelled out 2500 to these useless guys. Find a local CA as they have contacts with the local GST inspectors. You will have to spend 5k or more including bribe depending on the city you are in. It's a shame out govt gave tax Officers another way to exploit people and not letting us do business on online platforms without a GST number.

One day Me and my frnd was just talking of making firm and all related documents and its procedure.so i google it then the first link was of SUPERCA i clicked on that link and read all the website details. One side of my mind was going that there are many websites that are fake and robbing u but me and my frnd had conversation about it so he left all decision it to me either do by yourself or by someone professional so i google it again and see other links but couldn't find any one so i clicked on SUPERCA again and read all website page ,reviews,photos,map and each and everything .but still not sure to trust so i called them and had conversation about firm formation he told me each and every step and time it will be formed and money also.i had conversation with my frnd again and about money he also repeatedly said about online scamming after long conversation he said its up to u do what ever u want to do so now it as all upon me so few days i thought on it and came with brave heart of taking risk so i blindly transfer amount to SUPERCA account.within 2 month my firm INROUTE TRADER was formed with all documentations .I SPECIALLY THANKS TO EACH AND EVERY PERSON WORKING IN SUPERCA. Keep doing best from your side there are many people who wants your help in many was.keep that trust INROUTE TRADER will be in touch with SUPERCA for further needs and warm thanks to SUPERCA.

The journey with Super CA has been a a pathetic one. They kept me in the dark regarding my Trademark application. Numerous employees changed the company and when i finally decided to find out myself on the government website, I found out that the trademark has been rejected. They have taken full advance 2 years ago and this is the result I have received. I have all proofs to support my allegations.
