Horrendous.
Completely uninterested and unhelpful, exist only to bill clients to death wihout providing any level of service.
In addition to this they were consistently late filing compliance despite being instructed to do so, and tried to pass the fine on to me and tried to also charge me for the service of paying for the fine!
Pretended audited accounts passed on by my CPA were incorrect and tried to bill me for 'redoing them'.
Scam artists.
