Not very responsive to emails, and don't seem willing to justify a $500 consult fee for a Permanent Residence application, where their competitors offer free consults.

Member of staff I liaised with was not prompt in replies and failed to answer key and legitimate questions in their email.

Gave me the impression that they don't need or even want my business.

Very complacent vibe given off, which was disappointing considering they had been recommended to me based on word of mouth.

Oh spare me. These folk are in to making money and not providing a service. They are so focused on making money that they will stop you spending the money you are ready to spend because they are more focused on selling you something else.
I sent them a few questions to clarify the characteristics of a Singaporean company and instead they answered just one question by way of seeking to get me to pay someone else to answer that one question.
So any experienced business person will know that when you experience this type of behaviour early in the interaction then you know you will experience it many times in the future if you enter in to a business relationship with them.

Hawksford have been faultless in supporting myself and my company in setting up in Singapore, arranging employment passes, sorting out international tax queries, managing company financial submissions and even helping with my personal Will.

I cannot speak highly enough of Hawksford Singapore and everyone there I deal with. A wonderful experience and I look forward to many more years for their support.

Horrendous.

Completely uninterested and unhelpful, exist only to bill clients to death wihout providing any level of service.

In addition to this they were consistently late filing compliance despite being instructed to do so, and tried to pass the fine on to me and tried to also charge me for the service of paying for the fine!

Pretended audited accounts passed on by my CPA were incorrect and tried to bill me for 'redoing them'.

Scam artists.

I recently set up a new company in Algeria (Not an easy task) and Hawksford were excellent from start to finish. Communication was flawless from their team in the UAE. Really pleased with the service, would highly recommend.
