That's right. I resigned on the 26th of last month. The company told me that I needed to submit my salary to the tax bureau, but now it has been more than two weeks. My salary has not been received yet. I have called to urge me, but there is no news.
Not only that, my company also called you, but you didn't respond or reply to me.

I was at IRAS this morning and served by Ms Chloe Tan (Temp Service Ambassador) to seek help as I could not get to a back office staff to talk about my tax related matters when I called the hotline at home.

She was very polite, attentive, patience and super helpful to guide thru the hotline until I get to a back office staff to have a human-to-human conversation.

It has been such a long time that I have not met such helpful service person from the government agencies.

Ms Chloe Tan, being a Temp and demonstrated her passion in servicing people is a good example for many permanent staff to learn from.

She is definitely a great asset to IRAS if she is converted to a full-time staff and continue to provide excellent service to the public.

Wish Ms Chloe Tan all the best.

On another separate occasion through hotline phone support, I was served by Ms Joanna Tan regarding my request for another tax matter.

Prior talking to Ms Joanna, I was using the online live chat and it was a long process and does not seem to be helpful after a long chat.

I decided to call the hotline and waited to be spoken to a IRAS officer and was connected to Ms Joanna. She was really patience & attentive listening to my long explanation of my tax situation. After my long explanation, she asked me hold the call for a few minutes and came back with a propose solution to my issue.

I was impressed by her capabilities & sharpness in understanding my situation and ability to resolve my issue in such a short time.

Her personality & capability she be a role model for our government agencies to upgrade their services to the general public.

Great location for the IRAS building , which is the government agency in charge of taxation related issues in singapore . Around this office building, is the Novena Square mall with many food options available. It is also easily accessible by an over - head bridge from the Novena train station , as there’s a construction ongoing , so the underground passageway is closed now.

In all honesty, the tax authorities do not need to be located in such a prime plot of land. That said, the level of convenience and ecosystem that is now here, is very pleasant to be around.

Office is safe, there are great dining options, and the few ancillary services located here are all very lovely to be had. Especially so with the post office, that's like extremely convenient. Beyond that, to be honest, IRAS doesn't need to be on such a large plot around Novena.

I recently visited this recreation club for a badminton game and was impressed with the facilities! The building has air conditioning, a welcome bonus for intense games. The ceiling lights are soft and non-glaring, perfect for playing. The toilets are clean with hot water showers and ample cubicles. Parking is also affordable at just $1.60 for the whole day on Sundays. The badminton court itself has wooden flooring, which provides a smooth and non-slippery surface for players. Overall, a great venue for a game!
