Great Hawker style food court in here. Lots of great Asian food stalls at super low prices. Recommend the Japanese Korean stall which has a large selection of about 30 meal options. Average prices around $6SGD

Totally slow delivery. Order on 5 April, arrive at crossborder 17 April. What happened to the 12 days? Neither seller or Lazada bother to follow up until you contact them.

I will not order from Lazada again nor recommended to my family or friends. Saw other customer raised the same issue, idk what lazada do to improve.

Anyway, thanks to the agent who following up the cancellation request today. Waiting for the status. 143596054541554.

Scammer every where here! Recently we order few item like casement ac, water heater, sofa, then kena SCAM! Lazada promises 15 days refund policy, when requested, rejected! 1 case refunded then changed to 6 months installments. Charge again! Very disappointed with LAZADA. Out new house waiting for all important thing, no ac so hot cannot sleep well, end up out health more expanse then the $ was scam! Pls refund my $$$. Will attach the photo what we received, is a joke! Aircon-receive snake key chain; heater-received sticker; sofa-received a piece of wood! Pls refund my $! Pls let us know how u going to refund us, we going to report to police as well. Our waiting time is more expensive then what been scam!

lazada wallet refund of SGD 184.58 stuck since 6 may contracted customer service 20 times submitted NRIC and bank info . still no action very poor responseb be careful using lazada wallet

Lazada has strict rules regarding delay. The lazada courier cancelled my order to prevent fine which hurt me as the buyer who have been waiting the order for a whole ten days. Then lazada denied to pay back the full payment where insurance included. This hurt me a lot since I wasn't the one who canceled.
