The WORST THERE IS.
Customer Service based on Holidays schedule not 24 hours. I have a tax payment to make and their ChatBot is simply primitive (for lack of an ugly word) and to request for online payment and contactless delivery is Magic to these cavemen.
It's utterly Robbery in Broad Daylight when my household were coierced to make payment or my parcel is delayed for maybe 10 years despite customers were treated as if we owe them a living and to kiss their feet when WE are the hands that feeds them.
If the company closes down I make sure I'm the first to post the nastiest comment!

I was here on 18 June 2025 at around 12.30 pm. I don't have the name of the lady at the counter (I think she is a Malay?). She was super helpful and patient with me as I had multiple addresses to send my package to. She also helped me clarify the many questions I had regarding the calculation of the weight and price. She was really polite and kind towards me. I am really greatful!!! I hope her boss can see this and compliment her alot!!!!!!!
