I was here on 18 June 2025 at around 12.30 pm. I don't have the name of the lady at the counter (I think she is a Malay?). She was super helpful and patient with me as I had multiple addresses to send my package to. She also helped me clarify the many questions I had regarding the calculation of the weight and price. She was really polite and kind towards me. I am really greatful!!! I hope her boss can see this and compliment her alot!!!!!!!
