Completely avoid them, rude and arrogent staff that keeps asking you for documents again and again. Instead of issuing a list in 1 go they keep coming back to tell you that an additional document is needed.
When everything is shared then they again need some more additional docsx.
The lady who call for the confirmation is so rude and unprofessional.
There list in endless as they dont want to deliver the forex amt to you.
They will push you to cancel the order and they behave that they are biggest vendor for BOOK MY FOREX.
Avoid them.
I had asked my ASM Yatendra ji to close the VIP plan 1 month ago when he was in the company, he had said that it has been closed but again on 27/08/2024 my money was deducted by Rs 590/- for this plan. Has gone,
Right now, since my ASM Yatendra ji is not in the company, I informed this to Dheeraj ji (Cluster Head) on call,On which it was told that it was my fault that I did not close the plan myself, hence the money will not be refunded.
After confirmation from ASM that the plan has been discontinued, I was sure that the money will not be deducted now.So where is my fault in this? If it is your team member's fault then why should I pay for it?
So please cancel the plan and refund my Rs 590, I do not need this plan.
